Just a reminder that Tawhai kura will be having a bake sale on Friday 6th September to raise awareness and funds in support of MND NZ. We have a lovely Tawhai family who are living with the impact of Motor Neurone Disease. They are among the 144 families in NZ who receive a Motor Neurone Disease diagnosis each year.
You are invited to participate in a number of ways:
- Dress up in blue in support of MND NZ.
- Provide baked goods for sale on the day (We still need more bakers, so please let Shelley Dalton know if you are in a position to help by emailing: lsc@tawhai.school.nz)
- Send your child to school with some coins to shop at the Bake Sale. Items will be priced from .50cents to $3 each.
