Kia ora e te whānau,
During the very busy but enjoyable day, our wonderful senior ākonga came together in the hall for their weekly assembly. It was lovely to see so many of our tamariki make such an effort to dress up for ‘Star’ Day!
Our very capable presenters for this particular assembly were Rosie and Maddie from Ruma rua.
Mrs Boese kindly dropped in on Mrs Poole’s behalf to present the Principal awards and Rosie and Maddie did the honours with the Student awards.
We had 2 lucky students drawn out of the Ngahere token box and Professor McGonagall ( Miss Page) declared Room 15 to be the best class of the assembly!
The kaiako took the opportunity to judge who were the best dressed of the seniors to receive a small prize later on in the day!
